If you return a ticket, you have the right to:
- refund a 100% refund no later than ten days before the event;
- refund a 50% refund less than ten days but no later than five days before the event;
- refund a 30% refund less than five days but no later than three days before the event;
- less than three days before the event, the organization reserves the right not to refund the ticket;
- the date of the performance is not counted when determining the ticket refund period. Exceptions include documented illness of the patron or the death of a close relative. Please note that this rule only applies to documented cases of illness or quarantine restrictions, meaning that the cost of one ticket is refunded per document. Ticket
Refunds Due to Illness:List of Documents to Provide:
- A "Ticket Refund Application" due to illness must be submitted by the visitor (or their representative) electronically, along with the attached documents, no later than the day of the entertainment event (one hour before its start) for which the visitor purchased the ticket;
- An identity document or a copy thereof, if the application is submitted electronically;
- An original, unused ticket printed on a ticket form or a copy of the electronic ticket;
- A copy of the sick leave certificate or a certificate (medical report) issued by a medical organization in accordance with Russian Federation law confirming the visitor's illness, preventing them from attending the entertainment event;
- If submitted by a representative, the refund application due to illness must be accompanied by copies of documents confirming legal representation or a duly executed power of attorney;
- If a visitor is unable to provide a copy of a sick leave certificate or a medical certificate no later than the day of the entertainment event, they must provide such documents within 14 days of the day of the entertainment event, provided that the illness-related refund request and other documents specified in this clause are submitted by the visitor within the prescribed timeframe (i.e., no later than the day of the entertainment event, one hour before its start).
If a visitor fails to provide the required documents within the prescribed timeframe, the organizer reserves the right to refuse the visitor a refund.
Please note: a medical certificate of illness for one person is only valid for the return of one ticket. If the order included multiple tickets, the remaining tickets may be returned in accordance with the standard procedure.
Ticket Refunds Due to the Death of a Relative:- The visitor submits a "Ticket Refund Application" due to the death of a relative electronically, along with the attached documents, no later than the day of the entertainment event (one hour before its start) for which the ticket was purchased;
- Along with the application, the visitor provides an electronic copy of the unused ticket;
- Provides a copy of the death certificate of a person who was a member of the visitor's immediate family or close relative, or a copy of the death certificate (certificate) of such person issued by the civil registry office;
- Provides copies of documents confirming that the deceased person was a member of the visitor's immediate family: spouse, father, mother, son, daughter, adoptive parent, adopted child, or close relative of the visitor: grandfather, grandmother, grandson, granddaughter, full or half sibling;
- If the visitor is unable to provide the above-mentioned documents (a copy of the death certificate of the person and copies of documents confirming that the deceased person was a member of the visitor's family) no later than the day of the entertainment event, the visitor shall provide such documents within 14 days from the day of the entertainment event, provided that the application for a ticket return and an electronic copy of the unused ticket are submitted by the visitor within the appropriate timeframe (i.e. no later than the day of the entertainment event, one hour before its start).
