Please note that now we offer only two options of buying tickets: buying an electronic ticket through our official website (paying by banking card), that you are using now, and in the box office of the festival (paying by cash). The experience of past season shows that from the time ticket sale is open, many resources start to offer tickets for Dance Open festival. We appreciate this promotion of our brand, but still we kindly ask you to take into consideration: only the ticket bought in the official box office or on the official site of the festival will guarantee a seat and spectacle that you have selected. When buying online the digital ticket will be send on the email address that was given during the purchase process. The maximal number of tickets that can be registered on the same name is 4. In case you need to buy more seats, please inform festival organizers by phone +7 (812) 400 03 08 or by email This email address is being protected from spambots. In case more tickets are registered on the same name, the Festival will have the right to cancel the whole purchase and return the total sum of the purchase less 10% of the paying system commission. Please note that the Festival reserves the right to verify the name on tickets with a valid ID at the entrance to the theatre. Please understand these security measures. We ask you to present a printed e-ticket at the entrance to the theatre. The ticket is non-refundable or non-exchangeable in case if its holder is late for the performance. Do not post your e-ticket in social networks as other people could use it instead of you. We urge you not to buy tickets from unlicensed vendors as in this case the risk of fraud is high. Please keep in mind that the fraudster can print the same e-ticket in an unlimited number of copies and therefore there is no guarantee that your copy is unique! The Festival representatives have the right to deny the entrance to performance for owners of e-tickets with the same barcode.

Buying paper ticket in the Festival box office: cash payment

The address of the Festival Box Office: 12 Zakharievskaya Street, St. Petersburg. Working hours: 11am to 1pm and 2.30 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday. The ticket bought in the box office will be handed over directly to the person buying it. In case the paper ticket purchased in the box office is damaged or lost, it won’t be possible to receive its copy or the refund for it. The ticket is non-refundable or non-exchangeable in case if its owner is late for the performance. We urge you not to buy tickets from unlicensed vendors as in this case the risk of fraud is high. The Festival representatives have the right to deny the entrance to performance for owners of tickets with the same barcode.

Refund E-ticket through website: credit card payment

The ticket is non-exchangeable. The refund may only be made on the same card that was used for the ticket purchase. According to the №Article 52.1 of Russian Federation Law dated 9 October 1992 №3612-1 Fundamental Principles of Russian Federation Legislation on Culture, Customer will be eligible to receive the following amount (in percentage) of the ticket initial price: • no later than 10 days before the event start date - 100% of ticket face value price; • later than 10 days, but no later than 5 days before the event start date – 50% of ticket face value price; • later than 5 days, but no later than 3 days before the event start date – 30% of ticket face value price; • less than 3 days prior before the event start date ticket is non-refundable • in case if Customer refuses to visit the event because of circumstances confirmed by documents, related to illness or death of his family member of relative – the ticket will be fully refunded • discount tickets are non-refundable Customer will need to fill in the Application Form attached, sign and scan it before sending it to the Direction of the Festival at This email address is being protected from spambots. Refund paper ticket in the Festival box office: cash payment

The ticket is non-exchangeable. The ticket and receipt have to be returned to the Box Office of the Festival. The refund may only be made by cash.
