Organizers of International Ballet Festival «Dance Open» are pleased to welcome you in Saint-Petersburg! Every year the amount of its’ participants is getting wider, that tells us that professional communication in formation of young artists is very important. Saint-Petersburg has always been proud of its’ ballet school, that presented the world a lot of legendary names. And it is wonderful that now our city has become an attractive center for those, who open new pages of ballet history.

As usual, basic programme of «Dance Open» includes master-classes for students of ballet schools. For five days, from 7 to 11 April, State Academic Theatre of L. Yakobson will open its hospitable doors for you, and wonderful Russian and foreign dance teachers will hold master-classes for you.

Every participant of the festival will be given a memorable certificate by the end of the project.

Everyone will be able to perform at the participants' ballet show, that will be held on 9 April on stage of the Estrada Theatre named after A. Raykin. This concert gives an opportunity to ballet schools to demonstrate the level of training of their students to colleagues.

The festival will be finished with the gala of the world ballet stars, which is also included into the programme. On 11 April a spectacular show, which will be presented by leading dancers of the most famous ballet companies of the world, will be held on the stage of the Grand Concert Hall «Oktyabrsky».
