The crystal prize of award Dance Open is created

8 figurines from the cleanest crystal expect winners of the ballet award «Dance Open».This award has it historical loop. Figurines - copies of bronze casting from a mould of a foot of great ballerina Anna Pavlova.
The bronze exhibit is stored in the St.-Petersburg museum of theatrical and musical art, and the mould has been made in 1913 by sculptor Boris Oskarovichem Fredman-Kljuzelem. He is the first sculptor for whom glorified ballerina Anna Pavlova posed. He created the figurines representing Pavlova in dances.
The ballerina possessed doubtless abilities to drawing and a moulding.
Under the certificate of her husband of V.Dandre, she used all free time addressing to a pencil and paints. Being with tours in Germany, she has got acquainted with sculptor Lederer. In his workshop and under his management, Pavlova has created some ballet figures which subsequently has translated in porcelain.
Sculptor Fredman-Kljuzel in the XX-th century beginning worked for Charles Faberge and has become famous for the image of figures of animals. On his wax models tiny models of pets and birds for the king of England Edward VII have been executed. The sculptor possessed rare art – precisely to reproduce nature in movement.
